Lynly has participated in a range of real estate transactions, including: single family homes, condominiums, new construction, luxury residential properties, manufactured homes, and rental properties in King County and South Snohomish County. Her recognized relationships and local experience, combined with Windermere’s extensive resources, and stellar reputation present an exclusive benefit to her clients.

On a more personal note, Lynly originally grew up in Arizona, and received her Master’s Degree from Northern Arizona University in Clinical Speech Pathology. She moved to the state of Washington in 1996 and worked in both the medical and educational settings as a speech/language pathologist. She presently resides in Kirkland with her husband Brad, and young daughter, Braelyn. Prior to the birth of her daughter, Lynly served on the Executive Board of Directors of the Greater Kirkland Chamber of Commerce as the Vice President of Networking, and on the Executive Board of the Kirkland Downtown Association.  Currently, Lynly is a member of “The Daughter’s Guild” which supports Seattle Children’s Hospital.

In her spare time, Lynly is an avid sports fan, and enjoys attending Seahawks and Mariner games. Besides spending quality time with her husband and daughter, she also enjoys traveling, comedy, and music.
